- Sony announced that a digital download version of Capcom's Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G will be available in Japan on March 18, 2010, for 1600 yen; and on the same day those who purchase the PSP go will receive the game free of charge.

- Capcom announced the Monster Hunter spinoff title Monster Hunter Nikki: Poka Poku Airu Mura will be released in Japan in August 2010, the game will have 3 main features: live the life of the Airu (cat), monster and quests, and link-up with Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G.

- Capcom also announced that Sanrio will collaborate in Monster Hunter Nikki: Poka Poku Airu Mura, Hello Kitty will be a non-playable guest character in the game, and there will be Hello Kitty costumes and accessories in the game.

- Capcom has officially announced Monster Hunter Portable 3rd for PSP, the game will be released before the end of 2010. The game is not a port of Monster Hunter 3 for Wii, it will be a brand new title with new village, monsters, fields and infrastruction mode...
