Da Gfk arrivano i nuovi dati relativi al mercato software videoludico italiano, in questo caso per quanto riguarda la settimana compresa tra il 21 e il 27 aprile 2014.
Dopo l'ottimo debutto al primo posto della scorsa settimana, FIFA World Cup 2014, il gioco ufficiale del Campionato del Mondo di calcio Brasile 2014, cala al settimo posto della classifica generale console, ma non c'è alcun problema per EA: il suo posto viene infatti tranquillamente ripreso da FIFA 14, a dimostrazione che il pallone da queste parti comanda sempre, in un modo o nell'altro. Le due versioni della simulazione calcistica per PS3 e PS4 occupano le prime due posizione della classifica console, seguite dal solito GTA V, con al seguito Just Dance 2014 e Tomb Raider. Il nuovo JoJo's Bizarre Adventures: All Star Battle debutta in nona posizione. La novità di maggior rilievo della settimana è data dall'uscita di Dark Souls II in versione PC, che conquista subito la prima posizione della classifica dedicata, scalzando Diablo III: Reaper of Souls che rimane in seconda posizione, seguito ancora da The Elder Scrolls Online.
