Media Create ha pubblicato i nuovi dati di vendita per il mercato giapponese, tratti dalla settimana compresa tra il 18 e il 24 gennaio 2016.
Molte le nuove uscite, la maggior parte delle quali su piattaforma PlayStation, che recupera terreno e si piazza ai vertici della classifica spezzando il dominio Nintendo delle ultime settimane. Al primo e secondo posto troviamo dunque le due versioni di Yakuza: Kiwami che superano il lancio di Hyrule Warriors Legends, con a seguire Just Cause 3 su PlayStation 4 e Resident Evil: Origins Collection.
Sul fronte hardware tale spinta non si rileva più di tanto, considerando che i numeri sono in linea con quelli della settimana precedente, con ancora il New Nintendo 3DS in testa e PlayStation 4 e PlayStation Vita a seguire. Tocca probabilmente un nuovo record negativo Xbox One, che nella settimana ha venduto solo 52 unità.
