Sono stati annunciati i vincitori dell'edizione di quest'anno dei Game Critics Awards, premi speciali assegnati da una giuria scelta di critici nell'ambito dell'E3.
Mattatore dell'evento è, come preventivato, Rage, che si porta a casa tre titoli con Best Console Game, Best Action Game e Special Commendation for Graphics, mentre due premi, tra cui l'ambito Best of Show (insieme a Best Hardware), vanno a Nintendo 3DS. A pari merito con due titoli Portal 2 con Best PC Game e Best ACtion/Adventure Game.
