Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze rimane in vetta alle classifiche di vendita del mercato giapponese anche nella settimana dal 7 al 13 maggio, con 25,886 unità vendute. Al secondo posto troviamo la versione PlayStation 4 di Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball 2018, seguita da Splatoon 2 e Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
Il Variety Kit di Nintendo Labo precede Kirby Star Allies e God of War, mentre The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild è ottavo. Chiudono la top 10 l'edizione PlayStation Vita di Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball 2018 e Super Mario Odyssey.
Per quanto riguarda il mercato hardware, Switch si mantiene al vertice con 31.720 unità, ma in flessione rispetto ai sette giorni precedenti. PlayStation 4 invece ha totalizzato poco meno più di 17 mila unità considerando cumulativamente il modello standard e quello Pro.
