Come quella di San Diego anche l'edizione newyorkese della Comic-Con vede aumentare il proprio tasso videoludico. A questo proposito Square Enix e Ubisoft hanno comunicato i loro piani per la manifestazione.
Square Enix porterà con se Final Fantasy XIII-2, Heroes of Ruin, Dead Island, Deus Ex: Human Revolution: The Missing Link e Wakfu. La speranza di molti ovviamente è quella di vedere qualcosa di nuovo del reboot di Tomb Raider. La compagnia ha inoltre annunciato che terrà un party dedicato a Final Fantasy.
Anche Ubisoft, oltre a fare promozione e distribuire gadget, porterà con se una selezione di titoli composta da The Adventures of Tintin, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, The Black Eyed Peas Experience, Just Dance 3, Might and Magic Heroes VI, Rayman Origins, Shoot Many Robots, Rayman Origins! Gimme!.
