Una sola novità al comando della classifica settimanale per quanto riguarda il software videoludico in Giappone: Dark Souls II domina la top 20 come unica new entry, con gli altri nuovi giochi che evidentemente si sono piazzati al di fuori delle prime 20 posizioni.
A breve distanza resiste 3rd Super Robot Wars Z: Tengoku Hen, vincitore della settimana precedente, seguito da Minecraft, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 e Bloodborne. Sul fronte hardware cala ancora PlayStation 4 pur mantenendo la vetta della classifica hardware quasi al pari con PlayStation Vita, ma come al solito Nintendo 3DS è il vincitore morale perché sommando tutte le sue varie versioni dominerebbe la classifica in questione.
