Le classifiche giapponesi di questa settimana, stilate come al solito da Media Create, mostrano una situazione di calma piatta, con Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru and Luca's Wonderful Mysterious Keys che mantiene la testa della classifica vendendo 118.427 copie e Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze per Wii U che debutta al secondo posto vendendo appena 35.717 copie (Donkey Kong Country Returns per Wii vendette 166.000 copie al lancio). Anche sul fronte hardware le cose sono abbastanza calme, con Nintendo 3DS in testa, PlayStation Vita che sta facendo meglio rispetto al passato e Wii U che rimane sotto i 10.000 pezzi venduti nonostante il già citato Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, che a quanto pare non ha trainato le vendite della console.
