Michael Knowland aveva già lasciato tempo fa il team di Naughty Dog, dal suo profilo Linkedin erano emerse anche informazioni su un titolo non ancora annunciato dal team. Adesso scopriamo che Knowland è entrato in Avalanche Studios, la software house di Stoccolma responsabile della serie di Just Cause e attualmente impegnata su Mad Max. Knowland ricopriva il ruolo di lead character artist per The Last of Us e anche Unchared 4: A Thief's End.
