Warhorse Studios ha pubblicato l'attesissima patch 1.4 per la versione PC di Kingdom Come: Deliverance, che risolve duecento bug maggiori e aggiunge diversi contenuti, tra i quali dei DLC gratuiti.
Uno dei DLC è un pacco di texture in alta risoluzione che migliora la grafica del gioco, mentre gli altri sono dei pacchi audio che migliorano la resa del sonoro in tutte le lingue (inglese, tedesco e francese).
Tra le altre novità, un nuovo meccanica per barba e capelli (Henry ora può cambiare pettinatura e farsi crescere la barba), e una caccia al tesoro a tema pasquale.
