Dead or Alive 6 ha debuttato al primo posto nella classifica dei giochi più venduti sul mercato retail giapponese dal 25 febbraio al 3 marzo 2019, totalizzando 26.442 unità.

In seconda posizione troviamo Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, seguito da New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe e Anthem. Solo quinto Left Alive: il nuovo shooter in terza persona di Square Enix si è fermato a quota 17.622 unità su PS4, davanti a Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! e Let's Go, Eevee! e Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Chiudono la top 10 Kingdom Hearts 3, Zoids Wild: King of Blast e Super Mario Party.

Per quanto riguarda l'hardware, nell'ultima settimana Nintendo Switch ha piazzato 68.666 unità, mentre PlayStation 4 non ha superato quota 20 mila unità considerando cumulativamente sia il modello standard che quello Pro.
